Blastgreen BG60s (Skid)

The Blastgreen BG60s (Skid) has been designed to go into the back of a pick-up truck. The blast pot and control box units come complete in either 60 or 100 litre and are mounted on a custom built hot dipped galvanised steel chassis to accommodate a fork lift. Our unique simple to operate stainless steel control box offers variable pressure control, both wash down and airblast features as standard. A stainless steel hose reel with 20 metre blast hose, integral deadman handle and blast nozzle also come as standard. This unit also incorporates a water pump and separate lightweight 125 litre tough polyethylene water storage tank.

Note: The BG60s and BG100s units offer great value and a high degree of blasting flexibility to any business with an existing compressor (min 70 cfm) and water supply. These machines are capable of operating with between 10 and 100 metres of blast hose depending on the compressor.

Blastgreen BG60c

The Blastgreen BG60c trailer unit is a fully self-contained machine, incorporating an integral 3 cylinder Kaeser M20 70 cfm diesel compressor and two lightweight 125-litre tough polyethylene water storage tanks. This allows the operator between 5 – 6 hours without requiring additional water.

The chassis is fully galvanized, the compact design allows for maximum on site maneuverability allowing access to most areas. Our unique simple to operate stainless steel control box offers variable pressure control, both wash down and airblast features as standard. The 60 litre blast pot is powder coated and fitted as standard is a robust stainless steel hose reel and 20 metres of blast hose, integral deadman handle and blast nozzle.

The BG60c is capable of operating with up to 60 metres of blast hose and offers a high degree of flexibility to any business.

Blastgreen BG100c

The Blastgreen BG100c trailer unit is a completely self-contained blasting machine, incorporating the ultra-reliable compact and versatile Kaeser M57 “Utility” diesel air compressor, 100L blast pot and twin lightweight 175 litre tough polyethylene water storage tanks. This allows the operator between 6 – 7 hours without requiring additional water.

Mounted on a fully galvanized, twin axled heavy duty trailer, this machines compact design allows for maximum on site manoeuvrability and is easily towed behind most commercial vehicles. Our unique simple to operate stainless steel control box offers variable pressure control, blasting; wash down and air blast features as standard. The blast pot is powder coated and fitted as standard is a stainless steel hose reel and 20 metres of 32mm ID blast hose, integral deadman handle and 11mm blast nozzle.

The BG100c is capable of operating with up to 100 metres of blast hose and offer a high degree of flexibility to any business.

Blastgreen BG600ss

The Bg600ss has been specially designed for maximum portability and for powerful wet-blast cleaning.

The compact and solid stainless steel cage frame design allows for the Bg600ss to be manoeuvred to almost any required location, and our unique simple to operate stainless steel control box offers variable pressure controls, blasting, wash down and airblast features all as standard.

This machine generally utilizes on-site water and compressed air; no chemicals are required so offering an environmentally safe and efficient blasting solution.

Originally designed to withstand the worst riggers of the offshore industry, all components on the Bg600ss are tough, corrosion resistant, allowing it to withstand all challenges.
